Duke (Channing Tatum) and Ripcord (Marlon Wayans) are delivering the warheads when they are ambushed by the Baroness (Sienna Miller), who Duke recognized to be his ex-fiance Ana Lewis. Duke and Ripcord are rescued by Scarlett (Rachel Nichols), Snake Eyes (Ray Park) and Heavy Duty (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje). The warheads are taken to The Pit, G.I. Hawk takes command of the war-heads and excuses Duke and Ripcord, only to be convinced to have them join his group after it is revealed that Duke & Baroness know each other.

The filming of this movie began on February 11, 2008, in Los Angeles, California. The Downey sound-stage was chosen as Paramount needed a large stage to get production underway as soon as possible. Downey also housed Destro’s MARS base in the Arctic, his legitimate weapons factory in an ex-Soviet state, as well as various submarines interiors, including a SHARC (Submersible High-speed Attack and Reconnaissance Craft) manned by two G.I. Joes. The first two levels of the Pit were built there, to complement the rest of the building which would be done with special effects.

Six different visual effects companies worked in The Rise of Cobra, the most prominent being Digital Domain, which handled the Paris action, sequences and the opening convoy sequence. For the Eiffel Tower destruction, a special code for depicting how the crumbling metal works was written. Many scenarios were almost fully developed by computer-generated imagery, such as the landing platform of the Pit, the Cobra ice caverns, and the final underwater battle.

These groups against loud pipes know gathering citizens together to complain is very easy , if they ask people while they are sitting around all summer long bored “Have you ever heard a Loud Motorcycle Go By?” they are going to say yes they Have!” These groups are then going to talk about how annoying these Motorcycles are and convince these bored people how much better their lives would be if these Motorcycles where gone! These bored people are going to jump right on board!

But now ask these same people when was the last time you heard a loud Motorcycle go by? They will probably hard pressed to find an answer! Was it Weeks ago? Months ago? was it Two years ago?

There are already laws on the books in every state that say a Motorcycles pipes can only be so loud! We do not need new laws on the books that most officers will do nothing about while others will abuse !

He whiled away his time in listening to magical stories or fooling around with his three friends, Sam, Pippin and Merry.

Once the ring came in to Frodo’s hands, by way of inheritance from his uncle Bilbo Baggins, along with the property, his life and the lives of his three friends changed for ever. Other characters like Gandol, the white, Aragon, the human warrior, Boromir another human warrior, the elf archer Legolas and Gimli the dwarf form the fellowship of the ring to destroy the corrupt wizard Saruman. Frodo has to travel to Mordor to destroy the ring. His journey is going to take him across Moria which is filled with magic, dark riders on dark horses, ghosts, ringwraiths, giant trolls and orcs - rotten teeth and flesh, foul smelling, gigantic, ugly beasts.

The only protection that Frodo has is the ring iteself along with an invisibility cloak and a sword. Frodo is the only other human who carries this ring more than anyone else besides Saruman himself. Though his health is affected in a negative way, by the end of the third part, on account of being the ring bearer, he understands his duties and tries to fulfill it with all the determination only a young hobbit possesses. The elf princesses, Arwen, with her delicate unearthly beauty and strange elf tongue adds romance in the movie. Many exciting battles are fought in all three parts. Not a moment is spent comfortably in your seat, because your wondering what’s going to happen next.

Gollum is the most interesting character in the film. He contradicts himself constantly. His duel shaded character, the pitiful good side struggling not to be overcome by the revengeful, poisonous bitter side is portrayed well. It is because of Gollum being at the right place, at the right time that Frodo is successful, in going undetected while entering in to Mordor. Gollum leads him in to Mordor through hidden paths and short cuts. Gollum’s longing for his ‘precious’, the ring, ends the story the way it does because in the final moments, even Frodo for a second is overcome by the power of the ring, and wants to keep it for himself.
