Deciding to purchase an Xbox 360 is always a great idea. The Xbox 360?s gaming library is vast and you are sure to find plenty of games to amuse you. But if you prefer to back up your games, or play games that you home-brewed, or perhaps even play hacked games, you would not be able to do so thanks to the limitations installed in the Xbox 360. This is when you require a mod chip.
You might have heard of mod chips before since they were widely used in previous generation consoles and these new XBOX 360 mod chips have similar functions. Generally, the XBOX 360 mod chip unlocks all of the limitations that were planted by the manufacturer.
If you are wondering what that all means the answer is simple. The mod chip will enable you to play the games that you obtained from another source as well as enable you to play games you have backed up. It even allows games that are customized but that did not receive a license from Microsoft to be played. Just one mod chip can do wonders for your gaming library.
The XBOX 360 along with other gaming consoles are also region locked preventing regular gamers to take their systems to other countries and play games that come from there. A mod chip can also remove this limitation so you can play games that are not from your region.[youtube:OgScgOHe9jI;[link:XBOX 360 Mod Chip?];http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OgScgOHe9jI&feature=related]
The reason why Microsoft placed these security features is to mainly stop piracy attempts and prevent any sensitive components of the console from being damaged. Mod chips aren’t meant for everyone and gamers that wish to stick with buying new games every now and then for their XBOX 360 without worrying about homebrews and other stuff do not really need to get it.
Other reasons for the security features being installed include protection of the consumer?s safety, as well as to meet international legal standards. The standards of different countries can vary somewhat. Try visiting a few local forums to find out whether it is in fact permissible to mod your Xbox 360 or not.
Provided that you get the best Xbox 360 mod chips everything should run smoothly. Be sure that you have read and understood the instructions that explain exactly how to mod your system and once it is done it is done! You will be able to play any game you want.
Players are becoming more and more frustrated by the limitations installed by Microsoft. Many prefer to download games off the Internet and then burn them onto disc. However, as already stated, without the mod chips those games cannot be played on the Xbox 360. Naturally, because they are so easy to come by, people who make the mod chips are trying to make a profit from them. It is recommended that you take a look at reputable sites so that when you get them you will have good quality mod chips that actually do work.

All of us celebrate one thing or another. Many of us already know that for every occasion it is a right occasion to take a picture right. You have holidays, reunions, sporting events etc. But what should you do with your pictures?
Luckily we live in the age of the easy way called the internet. You can also go the hard route with your images and do them yourself. The harder way is that way because you start with nothing at the beginning. But it can be more satisfying because its more work but more personal.
So what is your theme. What sorts of supplies do you use while putting your album together? Paper, pictures, leaves, doilies; whatever you feel like it there are no rules because it is your album and your treasure. If you want your picture to look good for many years here are a few tips:
1. You will want to consider using acid free paper if you are seriously considering putting your original pictures in your album. If not then one day you will open your album to your pictures having turned yellow and no longer as sharp. This effect is directly caused by the acid.
2. You do not want to waste time making borders? Just use a color printer. But be cautious as there are certain types of ink that can discolor your pictures in the long run.
3. You have your memories laid out like you want, with the colors you want. You know that there are absolutely no rules when you scrap book. You have chosen materials you want but you know that they may pose a risk to your memories. But you love the look. Now dont despair. With a few spritz of Archival Spray you can put it your souvenirs and create a barrier against the dreaded acid.
You can find all those materials crafts stores around the world or on line. All you need to remember is that you can do it all yourself. You can do your own journaling with special none acid paper and lingin free pens and markers.

Many advances have been made in both cameras and the accessories available with regards to photography. Photography is an old and well known form of memory keeping. Digital cameras have almost replaced the old film cameras completely. Between the uses of digital cameras, cell phones with cameras, digital imagery is fast becoming a part of most of our daily lives.
Digital cameras themselves have gone down in price as well making them that much more affordable to obtain. Even though the prices seem to go down, we still wonder how many mega pixels are going to be available next. Because we know most of the functions on a film roll camera, they have transferred this standard design to digital cameras as well. You will notice that there are still functions for flash, zoom and even shutter speed.
With digital cameras, sensors turn light into electronic signals. An added plus with digital cameras is that you are able to see this display on a LCD screen that reproduces the image you took a picture of. The photographer is then able to view and even saved on the camera itself without the need for other equipment. The camera is able to take a electronic image using the sensors within the camera and then store them digitally within the cameras memory system. You can purchase cameras that have a built in printer as well allowing you to produce a paper photo of the desired images directly from the camera’s memory.
The software that accompanies your digital camera will give you the capability to save your images on your computer; in which from there you can print your images saving time and money of processing rolls of film. Each computer system is a little different, some allow you to plug right into the printer and print your photo. Some systems allow you to place your memory card into the computer, save the image and send it to the printer if you wish. The images saved on the computer give the user a vast array of options in which to print or transfer or even send to someone.
You can purchase a digital printer that will print the selected image for you as though it was a document on a computer file. With digital printing the customer makes and electronic document sort of speak to send to the printer to print. The image is sent to the printer in the form of a file and is in a format the computer understands to print. The end result is the photo image you requested. To the computer, it was just another document.
Laser printers are the printers most commonly use toner cartridges. The lasers within the printer scan the selected image and re-create it line by line with tiny pulses. The tiny pulses determine where there are black or white spots with in the image. The image is then printed as the heating element within the printer transfers the ink to the paper.
Well, it is no wonder that the digital camera has gained the popularity it has. Rather than finding it difficult to find a digital camera, try to find a camera that uses film rolls. You are most likely to only find them in throw away cameras. Of course digital cameras can range in their technology. Everyone has a different use for their digital camera and most retailers are trained to help you narrow down your choice. If you’re still not sure which one to get, just stick with your cell phone. Most likely you have a digital camera and didn’t even know it.

No one would argue with the fact that the BlackBerry is one of the best smart-phones in the world. When the Smartphone BlackBerry came out in 2002, it revolutionized the mobile device industry and made its creators, RIM (Research In Motion), very, very rich people. The new BlackBerry was a life changing device, with mobile phone, email, web browsing, texting and faxing, and what’s known as a multi-touch interface.
Which is why so many Mac users are also BlackBerry owners. They recognize quality when they come across it. BlackBerry aficionados want ease of access almost as much as they want great performance. But they also want unlimited options when it comes to creating custom BlackBerry ringtones and they want to create BlackBerry Ringtones from their favorite iTunes. Now there’s a way around the BlackBerry iTunes ringtone dilemma. A company called PocketMac has created PocketMac RingtoneStudio For BlackBerry.
If you’ve been wanting to customize your BlackBerry ringtone with your favorite music or movie, now you can do it.
Want to choose your BlackBerry ringtones from your favorite iTunes music? Just drag, drop and you’ve got your new BlackBerry ringtone. All types of music files are supported. If the song you pick is less than 30 seconds long, the program converts it instantly into the right format for your BlackBerry ringtone. If the song is a more than 30 seconds, you get a preview window, which allows you to pick the segment of the song you want to use as your BlackBerry ringtone.
PocketMac RingtoneStudio For BlackBerry works with the BlackBerry Pearl 8100, the BlackBerry Pearl 8110, the BlackBerry Pearl 8130 and the BlackBerry Curve 8300.
The program works with the BlackBerry Pearl 8100, the BlackBerry Pearl 8110, the BlackBerry Pearl 8130 and the BlackBerry Curve 8300.
This is good news for Mac users, and now especially for BlackBerry users who want more ringtone options.

Who doesn’t love to color! Blendy Pens provide coloring fun for us all. Non-toxic and washable, Blendy pens are safe for kids. These wonderfully colorful pens let you create some of the most amazing blends of colors that will inspire the critivity in any child, young or old. Create a rainbow of limitless colors with Blendy Pens. You’re sure to have so much fun!
Creating Color Fusion with your Blendy Pens
Fusing the colors of two pens is as simple as choosing the two colors of Blendy Pens that you intend to fuse. Then, place the tips of both pens into a single color fusion chamber, being very careful to ensure that both pens are inserted fully into the color fusion chamber. You’ll hear a clicking sound which tells you that you have, in fact, inserted the pens correctly in place for proper color fusion in the chamber. Now, while using a solid, firm grip, hold the pens in a vertical position with one pen up and the other pen down. Twist and hold each of your Blendy Pens in opposite directions from each other for about five seconds. Be careful not to twist too forcefully as this can cause the fusion chamber or pens to break. Be certain to be firm yet not excessively aggressive when you are twisting and fusing your colors together.
How concentrated your colors become is determined by how long you hold the pens in the color fusion chamber. When fusing your colors, the Blendy Pen on top will mix its color to the Blendy Pen on the bottom. Bear in mind that the pen on top, while using your colors, will not recieve additional color. This is because it si contributing its own color to the pen you are holding at the bottom of the fusion chamber. Upon reaching the desired color concentration on the bottom pen, simply remove the bottom Blendy Pen. This is now the pen having additional color added from the Blendy pen at the top. Your bottom pen is now ready for you to take your chosen color and begin blending.
Several colors can be fused, one right after the other, by using your bottom Blendy pen. Create a magical assortment of blended colors while expanding your expressions of creativity. Go ahead and get wild with your newly-fused, colorful Blendy Pen!
Blendy Pens Coloring Techniques
You should be able to cover an area roughly 2″ by 2″ square with about a five-second color fuse. When your color blend runs out, you only need to fuse it again to begin coloring. Use a side-to-side motion when coloring with your Blendy pens for best results. When you’re ready to clean out the color fusion from your pen, you simply color it out. You’ll find that highly-saturated pens will take a little longer to get fully clean.
A variety of art posters and stickers, all with varying assortments of hidden textures and patterns, are available for you to color. When not in use, you should store your pens inside the fusion chambers in order to keep them ready and fresh for coloring. You could also place them in your Blendy Pen belt. This will ensure that they continue to be secure and safe, ready for your next artistic masterpiece. Everyone has a great time coloring with Blendy Pens!

Golf is a sport game that is performed around the world by ladies and gentlemen alike. To play the game you may want to have a set of golf clubs. A golf club is used to hit the ball across the fairway and onto the green so that you can get it into the hole.
A golf club is a metal club that has a head on it that you hit the ball with. There are some different versions of golf clubs offered to golf players.
The first type of golf club that any golfer will want to add to their collection is a wood. Woods are clubs that you use to hit the ball very far. For example, you might want to use this when you are first teeing off.
A wood golf club will traditionally have a larger head than other clubs as well as a longer shaft in order that while you strike the ball it will get more power and speed. It is what you need in order that your ball will go further.
The next golf club which you need to add to your set are several irons. These are clubs which have a flat angled face to them. Dependent on how sheer the slant is will influence how much loft your ball can get as you strike them.
As the angles get steeper, you will eventually run into a wedge golf club. This type of club is specifically designed to hit your ball a short distance, but with a lot of lift. Clubs like this are a great way to get out of a sand trap or around an obstacle.
Perhaps the most well known type of golf club is the putter. This club is specifically designed to be used on the green to hit your ball into the hole. Often, you will see versions of these on mini golf courses.

[I:http://crossroads2002.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/LJJames2.jpg] Right now for most Americans money is getting a bit tight. We all still want to have those great family trips that we take every year, but we have to watch how much we spend. Well I just had a great time with my family in New York’s Catskill Mountains that didn’t put us all in the poor house.
I was in the Catskill area with Family for the Christmas Holidays. My younger Sister has three kids. Which makes me an Uncle and I always enjoy spending time with my two Nieces and Nephew, The Youngest is 6 years old and the oldest is 13 years old. Now when the age gap is that far apart it can make finding something they all want to do very difficult. Well We where also looking for something to do that not only the kids but us adults could enjoy as well.
It took some time but my younger Brother came up with the idea of Snow Tubing. It sounded good to me. The Kids loved the idea and so did my Sister, Her Husband and even my Mother. OK so then came the part where the money comes in. I called up Windham Mountain to get their Snow tubing times and rates (http://www.windhammountain.com/mountain/tubing) . When they told me their snow tubing rates I was surprised as they where not too bad $20 a person for two hours $25 for four hours and they had a Friday night special of only $15 dollars from 4pm to 9pm ! Only $15 for Five hours, I was sold as it just happened to be Friday.
So the group of Nine of us piled into two vehicles and we where off to do some tubing on Windham’s 650 foot snow covered snow tubing slope. We where Lucky as the weather was warm for December in the Catskill Mountains. The Slope was perfect, there where about ten lanes to slide down and the Snow Tubing staff kept the line moving. [I:http://crossroads2002.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/LJJames9.jpg]
Let me see if I can explain how everything went. When we got up to the Slope we grabbed a large canvased covered Snow Tube then picked a lane. We could go down the lane in groups or by ourselves. I have to say my first trip down caught me by Surprise. It has been a few years since I have been sleigh riding but I know I never went that fast down the old hill. Now hearing me say how fast the slope is, may make you think you or your kids might be scared. Don’t worry about that, I saw kids as young as three years old tubing down the Slope and they were loving it!
At the bottom of the hill there are mats placed at the end of every lane to slow you down safely, Along with attendants ready to help you if you needed it( I didn’t see anyone who needed any help). Now anyone who has gone Sleigh riding as a kid remembers the trip down the hill was always the fun part, It’s the walk back up that is work. Well not at Windham’s snow tube park. The canvases that cover the snow tubes have long straps that hook up to a conveyor so all you have to do is sit in your tube and then slowly slide back up the Slope! The Straps also make it perfect so the attendants can spin you (only if you ask nicely) as you are sliding down the slope.
After about three hours of snow tubing everyone but my brother and his girlfriend was getting tired. So we went into the large Ski lodge, which is only about ten feet from the snow tubing lanes. While inside the lodge we all enjoyed some nice hot Chocolate while sitting by the Fire place.
I am not a big fan of winter activities, But I have to say we all had a great time even if we didn’t make it the full five hours. Life can often get a little crazy and too fast paced, Every once in a while we all need some affordable old fashion family fun, (With a few modern convinces of course)

I recently discovered Squidoo. Squidoo is the world’s most popular site for creating an easy to build single page about things you are interested in. Your page can be about books, blogs, online shops, your business or whatever.
This page is called a lens. You can add photos and links to your article. Google maps, blogs, eBay auctions, YouTube videos, and more. Just use your imagination!
I was impressed to learn Squidoo is in the top 500 most visited sites in the world and in the top 250 most viewed in the United States. Lenses are interactive. This means you can visit lenses other people have created and invite them to visit your lens. Your lens has a great chance of being seen.
Would you like a free way to earn money for your charity? Squidoo has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to charity to date. Word of mouth at your fingertips. Squidoo is something you should have if you care about getting the word out about your business or charity.
Squidoo currently has more than 700,000 Lenses. It has been reviewed by the New York Times, Mashable, BoingBoing and has been profiled in The New York Times, CNN, MSNBC, and The Washington Post.
You know what the best part is? Squidoo is easy and free. A lens is much like a blog except it is on only one subject. It can contain links to other external sites. I created a lens on GDI. Click here to visit my Lens
Lensmasters are people who want to present information on a topic they care about. Squidoo is a great way to get targeted free traffic. I created a Unique Article Wizard lens. Click here to visit my Squidoo Lens

The consumer market is saturated with hundreds of gift ideas. The problem is, with so much choice, it can be hard to pick the right gift for a specific person. There are a few rules that go in gift giving that can make the process easier, but overall, buyers will find that the gifts that make the most impact are the ones thought were poured into.
Valentine’s Day is the easiest holiday to buy for, since there are specific gifts to consider. Roses or other flowers are commonly given to females, while males usually receive some sort of chocolates. Small toys, jewelry, and memorable Valentine’s Day cards are all great ideas as well. One can also break the mold and treat the holiday more like Christmas time instead, and buy small unrelated gifts instead.
Buying the right Christmas present is easy: keep your ears tuned in on what others are saying a couple of months in advance to December. You may also take up a common interest with a close friend or significant other, such as golfing or a type of hobby, that can be a general theme for a Christmas present. Whatever the case, Christmas Day is a day of cheer and fun- so don’t stress out!
The most fun gifts, as children all know, come at the day of one’s birth. A birth date is great for children, who tend to get good wishes all day at home and school alike. Even better yet, fun toys and presents such as electronics or an Xbox 360 are commonly given. Such things can be expensive, however, so these gifts show how much one truly cares for another.
A gift should be handy, but also fun as well. Some type of entertainment value should be given, unless one decides to go with a gift card or to buy something the recipient truly needs. A good example of a need-based gift would be with clothing or even baby supplies for a newly-formed family. In most cases it is best to keep gifts oriented towards a useful standpoint, so that they won’t be forgotten and pushed to the back of the closet in due time.
Young children and teens who don’t have a steady income will attest that a personalized gift is always a great idea. Personalized gifts put more effort into the overall process, but are much less expensive on average. A good example would be a home-made card or small arts and crafts that have been forged into a finished product. Baking or giving out food is also a great idea.
In Conclusion
The right gift will come through experience. If you happen to not make the impression you intended the first time around, there will always be the next time to use what you learned to obtain a better gift. Use this type of thinking to get a great gift without the stress that comes with it. After all, gifts are just signs of appreciation!
